At 07:30 – 08:30 The car and tour guide will pick you up at your hotel and depart for Hue. Along the way, pass through Hai Van Tunnel, the longest road tunnel in Southeast Asia. Enjoy the scenic views of Lang Co Bay, recognized as one of the most beautiful bays in the world, and Tam Giang Lagoon, the largest lagoon system in Vietnam. Stop by a Pearl Village, where you will learn about pearl farming and production and explore the finished pearl products.
At 09:30 Arrive in Hue City. Visit the Imperial City (Dai Noi), including Ngo Mon Gate, Flag Tower, Thai Hoa Palace, and other historical sites within the complex of Hue Monuments, the former capital of Vietnam’s last feudal dynasty.
At 12:30 Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
At 13:30 Continue the journey to Khai Dinh Mausoleum, an architectural masterpiece that harmoniously blends Eastern and Western styles, set amidst the picturesque mountainous landscape. Then, visit Thien Mu Pagoda, one of the oldest and most iconic pagodas in Hue. On the way, stop by a Hue specialty shop, where you can buy famous local treats such as sesame candy (mè xửng), pickled shrimp (tôm chua), and bánh lọc (Hue tapioca dumplings).
